We stayed in a hotel located in the center of a bustling city. It is situated conveniently close to a city square and shops, making it easy to explore the town. the hotel also offers tours on the World's highest navigable lake. the rooms were decent and basic, but well-maintained, with clean towels provided regularly.
The breakfast buffet was lacking in options with cold food and dirty dishes, which turned us off.

Nice hotel, hot water and heating. This was what I needed in a cold town like Puno.

Probably as good as you are doing to get in this remote town on the banks of Lake Titicaca. Our room was functional but tired and slightly dirty. Bins were not emptied but most things worked. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome during our stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the city's main attractions. We appreciated the clean and spacious rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast.
The shower left a lot to be desired, constantly switching between extremely hot and cold temperatures. the noise level on the weekend made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
